A tour through our company and the individual production stations – starting in the CNC sheet metal fabrication centre, continuing through to the CNC mechanical folding press, powder coating, final assembly and ending with inspection in the climatised cold chamber.
The Company
Our refrigerators and freezers are being manufactured on site in Offenburg. Among other things the production process features the following production steps:
Step 1:
CNC Sheet Metal Fabrication Centre
The most modern sheet metal processing methods are being applied both at the outer housing and in the interior of our refrigerators and freezers for implementing our innovations.
Step 2:
CNC Folding Press
To fold the sheets into precise shapes.
Step 3:
Powder coating
This step our robust finish is being applied to the outer housing.
Step 4:
Final assembly
In this step all technical components are installed in our refrigerators and freezers.
Cold chamber
In the cold chamber we simulate the climatic conditions of the countries where our products are in use ranging from cold places to tropical conditions.
