Our experience in manufacturing cooling systems, which had its beginnings in a workshop and rose to industrial-scale production later, can now be regarded as an old tradition with more than 100 years’ worth of knowledge. Already at the turn of the century, Kirsch began to make the first cooling systems for natural ice. In the mid 1920s, the craft business embarked on the production of other refrigerating products as well and became a genuine industrial plant.
